Make.com automation, built to run without you

I design and build Make.com scenarios for small businesses — the glue between the form, the CRM, the calendar and the messenger you already pay for. Four of the scenarios on this site are real captures from my Make.com editor, not mock-ups.

What I build in Make.com

What you get

How a project runs

  1. Discovery call (free, 30 min). You walk me through the process; I ask about volumes, tools and who maintains the result.
  2. Written scope. Every step mapped, tools named, what "done" looks like, timeline and a fixed price. Nothing starts before you approve it.
  3. Build with test data. Error handling, retries and alerts are part of the build, not an extra.
  4. Review. You test against the scope checklist; fixes to anything off-scope are included.
  5. Handoff. Walkthrough video, step-by-step documentation, credentials in your accounts. Then 30 days of support.

Make.com or something else?

Make.com is my default recommendation when the team will maintain the automation themselves and the volume fits a standard plan. If you need self-hosting, custom code in the middle of a flow, or a lower per-run cost at high volume, read the n8n page. Coming from Zapier? See Zapier → Make.com migration.

Questions

Make.com or n8n — which should we choose?
Make.com for the fastest build, managed hosting and an editor your team can maintain without a developer. n8n when you want self-hosting, a lower per-run cost at volume, or custom code nodes inside the flow. I work with both and recommend one on the discovery call based on your volume, data rules and who will maintain it.
Who owns the automation afterwards?
You do. Scenarios, workflows, code, prompts and the credentials created for the project are handed over with a walkthrough video and documentation. There is no lock-in and no hosting dependency on me.
What happens when something breaks or our tools change? Are we stuck waiting on you every time?
30 days of free support after every project. You get full documentation — every scenario explained step by step, with screenshots. The tools have visual editors you can adjust yourself. I am reachable if you need me.
How long does a project actually take?
Most single-flow automations (lead capture, CRM sync, a simple bot) ship in 2–3 days. Multi-step projects with several tools or AI logic take 5–10 days. You get a real timeline after the discovery call, not a guess.
