Pricing: fixed, written down, before I start
No hourly billing. Every project gets a written scope with a fixed price; changes to the scope are quoted separately before they are built. The numbers below are starting points for the simplest version of each service — the exact figure comes after the discovery call.
Starting prices
| Service | Starts at | Typical delivery |
|---|---|---|
| Telegram bot — lead capture, booking, FAQ | $150 | 2–5 days |
| Workflow automation — Make.com, n8n, Zapier | $200 | 2–3 days per flow |
| CRM integration — Pipedrive, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Airtable | $200 | 2–5 days |
| Zapier → Make.com migration | $200 | depends on Zap count |
| AI-powered automation — GPT / Claude in the workflow | $300 | 5–10 days |
| Process audit & roadmap | $300 | 1 week |
| Lead generation system — sourcing, enrichment, CRM delivery | $400 | 5–10 days |
Included in every project
- Written scope with a step map before the build.
- Error handling, retries and alerts.
- Walkthrough video and step-by-step documentation.
- Everything in your accounts — you own scenarios, code, prompts and credentials.
- 30 days of support after handoff.
Not included
- Third-party subscriptions and usage: Make.com / n8n hosting, OpenAI or Anthropic API, Google Workspace, CRM seats, Telegram. They are billed by those providers to your accounts; I estimate them in the scope.
- Changes to the scope after approval — quoted as a separate fixed-price task.
- Changes caused by third-party services after the 30-day window (a renamed field, a deprecated API) — small fixed-price tasks.
How a quote is made
On the discovery call I count the triggers, the apps, the branches and the exceptions. A single-flow automation (one trigger, two or three apps, one path) sits at the starting price. Each extra branch, app or AI step adds a known amount, and that total is the fixed price in the written scope. Payment terms — deposit, milestones or platform escrow (Upwork, Fiverr) — are stated in the same document.
