One pipeline. No duplicates. No manual updates.
Most CRM pain is not the CRM — it is the five places leads come from and the human who is supposed to copy them in. I connect those sources to Pipedrive, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign or Airtable with lookup-before-create logic, so every lead lands once, in the right stage, with the right tag.
Typical integrations
- Lead intake — website forms, ClickFunnels, Typeform, Facebook/Instagram lead ads → person + deal in the CRM, with a lookup by email and phone first.
- Calendar ↔ CRM — Cal.com or Calendly bookings create deals and move stages; cancellations roll the deal back and trigger a follow-up.
- CRM ↔ marketing — tags and lists in ActiveCampaign or Mailchimp mirrored from deal stages.
- Notifications — new or stalled deals announced in Telegram or Slack with the context the rep needs.
- Reporting — a Google Sheet or weekly summary that always matches the CRM.
What you get
- Deduplication rules written down and agreed (what counts as the same person) — then enforced by the automation.
- Field mapping document: every source field and where it lands.
- Error handling: a failed API call is retried and, if it still fails, reported to you with the lead attached — never silently dropped.
- Everything in your CRM account and your automation workspace.
How a project runs
- Discovery call (free, 30 min). You walk me through the process; I ask about volumes, tools and who maintains the result.
- Written scope. Every step mapped, tools named, what "done" looks like, timeline and a fixed price. Nothing starts before you approve it.
- Build with test data. Error handling, retries and alerts are part of the build, not an extra.
- Review. You test against the scope checklist; fixes to anything off-scope are included.
- Handoff. Walkthrough video, step-by-step documentation, credentials in your accounts. Then 30 days of support.
