Questions
We have people manually copying leads and data between tools every day. Where do we even start?
That is the most common automation win. I map your exact flow — form, CRM, messenger, spreadsheet — and connect it in 2–3 days. You see every step before I build. Fixed price, you own the result.
We tried a developer once — waited 3 months, paid $2k, got nothing working. How is this different?
I use no-code/low-code tools (Make.com, n8n) — not custom code that only I can maintain. Scope and price are fixed before I start. Most projects ship in 3–7 days. If scope changes, we discuss — no surprises.
What happens when something breaks or our tools change? Are we stuck waiting on you every time?
30 days of free support after every project. You get full documentation — every scenario explained step by step, with screenshots. The tools have visual editors you can adjust yourself. I am reachable if you need me.
How much does this actually cost?
Fixed price, agreed before I write a single scenario — no hourly billing, no scope-creep charges. Simple integrations start around $150; multi-step workflows with AI or CRM logic run higher. You get the exact number on the discovery call.
How long does a project actually take?
Most single-flow automations (lead capture, CRM sync, a simple bot) ship in 2–3 days. Multi-step projects with several tools or AI logic take 5–10 days. You get a real timeline after the discovery call, not a guess.
We already use a specific CRM or tool — can you work with what we have?
Almost always, yes. Make.com and n8n connect to thousands of apps out of the box — HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable, Google Workspace, Telegram, Shopify, and more. If your tool has an API, it is very likely connectable.
I don't understand this tech stuff at all — will I be able to manage it after?
You don't need to be technical. I explain everything in plain language, hand over documentation with screenshots, and the platforms themselves are visual — drag-and-drop, not code. Most clients never touch the scenario after handoff.
Our case is pretty unusual — can you still help?
Tell me the details on the discovery call. If no-code tools can't cover an edge case, I say so honestly and we figure out a workaround — sometimes a small custom script, sometimes a different tool. I don't take projects I can't actually deliver.
Make.com or n8n — which should we choose?
Make.com for the fastest build, managed hosting and an editor your team can maintain without a developer. n8n when you want self-hosting, a lower per-run cost at volume, or custom code nodes inside the flow. I work with both and recommend one on the discovery call based on your volume, data rules and who will maintain it.
Who owns the automation afterwards?
You do. Scenarios, workflows, code, prompts and the credentials created for the project are handed over with a walkthrough video and documentation. There is no lock-in and no hosting dependency on me.
Where are you located and what are your hours?
Kharkiv, Ukraine (UTC+2/+3). I work asynchronously with clients in North America and Europe; every message is answered within 24 hours, and calls are scheduled in your business hours.
Is the chat assistant on the site a real person?
No. "Max" is an AI assistant trained on these pages; it can explain services and cases and point you to the form. Alex personally answers everything that comes through the contact form or Telegram.
Describe your process
Which tools are involved, what is done by hand today, how often. I reply within 24 hours with a fit/no-fit answer and, if it fits, a fixed quote.
