Telegram bots that qualify leads and take bookings
A Telegram bot is the cheapest 24/7 operator a small business can hire. I build bots that catch leads from ads, ask the qualifying questions, book or sell, and hand the warm lead to a human — in Python (aiogram) when the logic is rich, or on n8n / Make.com when the bot is mostly glue between your tools.
What the bots do
- Lead capture and qualification — branching questions, the matching offer, instant notification to the owner with the answers attached.
- Booking and payments — slot selection, confirmations, reminders, Telegram Payments or a payment link.
- FAQ and support — menu-driven answers, optional GPT/Claude answers from your own documents, escalation to a human.
- Content delivery — lead magnets, guides, scheduled posts to your channel.
- Internal bots — alerts from your CRM or forms, approvals, daily digests to a group.
How I build them
- Python + aiogram, Docker on your server for bots with real logic: multi-step wizards, payments, bilingual flows, scheduled posting.
- n8n or Make.com when the bot is mainly a front door to your CRM, calendar or spreadsheet.
- Your bot token, your hosting, your data. Admin commands so you can edit menus and texts without me.
How a project runs
- Discovery call (free, 30 min). You walk me through the process; I ask about volumes, tools and who maintains the result.
- Written scope. Every step mapped, tools named, what "done" looks like, timeline and a fixed price. Nothing starts before you approve it.
- Build with test data. Error handling, retries and alerts are part of the build, not an extra.
- Review. You test against the scope checklist; fixes to anything off-scope are included.
- Handoff. Walkthrough video, step-by-step documentation, credentials in your accounts. Then 30 days of support.
