Who builds your automation
MakeFlows (makeflows.pro) is the studio of Oleksandr “Alex” Shylo, an AI integration and workflow-automation specialist based in Kharkiv, Ukraine (UTC+2/+3), working asynchronously with small businesses in North America and Europe. One person, no agency layer: the person you brief is the person who builds, documents and hands over the work.
What I build
- Workflow automation on Make.com, n8n and Zapier — the glue between the tools you already pay for.
- Telegram bots for lead capture, booking, FAQ and CRM sync.
- CRM integrations — Pipedrive, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Airtable — one clean pipeline without duplicates.
- AI-powered automation — GPT and Claude inside your workflows: classifying, drafting, reporting, with a human in the loop where it matters.
- Lead-generation systems and process audits that tell you what to automate first.
When no-code cannot cover a case, I write the missing piece in Python (FastAPI) or React — the PropDesk assistant is one of those.
How I work
- Fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts. No hourly billing, no scope-creep invoices.
- 2–10 days. Single-flow automations take 2–3 days; multi-tool or AI projects 5–10.
- You own everything. Scenarios, code and credentials are handed over with a walkthrough video and documentation.
- 30 days of support after handoff, then small fixed-price tasks when you need changes.
- Reply within 24 hours to every message, with a fit/no-fit answer.
Proof
Eight documented cases on the site, including a production AI staff assistant for a property-management company in Ontario, a bilingual Telegram lead bot for a personal trainer and four Make.com scenarios that run a retailer’s lead funnel across ClickFunnels, Cal.com, Pipedrive and ActiveCampaign. Client projects, demos and own tools are labelled as such — nothing on the portfolio is a mock-up.
